Giancarlo Mancino is an international bar consultant and entrepreneur. His Hong Kong based bar and beverage consultancy firm is the signature on multiple prestigious global projects. Giancarlo is also the creator of the Mancino line of artisanal Vermouths, Aperitvo Rinomato and the RTD Sprezza.
